We stand behind BlogImg and want every customer to be satisfied. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available, how to request one, and the timelines we follow.
Eligibility Criteria
- Refunds are available for credit packs purchased within the past 7 calendar days.
- At least 80% of the purchased credits must remain unused at the time of your request.
- You must provide the order number, payment email, and a brief description of the issue.
- Refunds are not available for promotional or bonus credits that were granted for free.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Credits that have already been consumed to generate images or other assets.
- Bulk or enterprise purchases that are governed by a separate agreement.
- Service disruption caused by third-party outages outside of BlogImg's control.
- Duplicate refund requests for the same order.
How to Request a Refund
- Submit a request via the Request Refund page (/request-refund) or email support@blogimg.org with subject line "Refund Request".
- Include your full name, order number, payment method, and reason for the refund.
- Attach screenshots or logs if you encountered a technical issue that prevented usage.
Processing Timeline
- We acknowledge every refund request within 2 business days.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5-7 business days, depending on the processor.
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued or if additional information is required.
Chargebacks
- If a chargeback is filed before we have a chance to resolve the issue, your account may be suspended while the investigation is underway.
- We are happy to work directly with you to resolve billing issues without involving card disputes.

Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval. We review each case fairly and communicate transparently about the outcome.
